Online Gym App ("we", "us") provides gym management software and mobile apps used by gym owners, staff, trainers and members. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored hashed).
• Membership data: membership plans, payment and invoice history, attendance, class bookings.
• Fitness data: workout plans, diet plans and related notes entered by you or your trainer.
• Device data: device token for push notifications, app version, and basic diagnostic information.

2. How we use information

• To provide and operate the app and your gym's services.
• To send OTPs, renewal reminders, receipts and announcements.
• To secure accounts, prevent fraud, and fix bugs.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

Your data is visible to the gym you belong to (owner, managers, trainers and staff, according to their roles). We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (for example hosting, SMS/email delivery and push notifications), or when required by law.

4. Data security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. We keep data while your account or your gym's subscription is active, and for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Your rights and account deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To request account deletion, email us at the address below from your registered email or phone, or ask your gym administrator. We will process requests within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep by law.

6. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
